Terroir & Vines
Rocky red clay on limestone down the Gardiole mountain on the Aresquiers barrier beach.
Warm and dry Mediterranean climate, tempered by a sea influence.
Vinification & Ageing
Simultaneous harvest of Muscats and Grenaches, relatively early to keep vivacity and aromatic freshness. Direct pressing, cold static clarification, then clear juices are blended. Fermentation at low temperature in a same steel tank for Muscats and Grenaches.
After the blend stay 3 monts in steel tanks.
Light Pink colour. Powerful and complex nose thanks to Muscat aromas (tropical fruits, citrus fruits) and Grenache notes (fresh fruits). A palate well balanced between tension and roundness, really fine and elegant.
