Terroir & Vines
The vines are planted onto sea and wind fine sands from the Camargue region. The warm and dry Mediterranean climate is tempered by a sea influence. A blend of Grenache gris (30%), Grenache noir (30%), Merlot (30%), and Cabernet franc (10%).
The harvest is realized by night to keep the aromatic freshness of the grapes. Then we press directly the grapes followed by a 5-day contact with lees from the must to extract intense aromas and a fleshy character. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 15-18°C.
A rosé wine with a pale pink colour wich offers an intense nose with fresh aromas of strawberry and citrus fruit and sweet notes of fruit drops. The palate is well balanced with a fresh and acidulous finish.
