Terroir & Vines
The vines are planted onto sea and wind fine sands from the Camargue region. The warm and dry Mediterranean climate is tempered by a sea influence. A blend of Viognier (40%), Sauvignon blanc (40%) and Roussanne (20%).
Vinification & Ageing
The harvest is realized by night to keep the aromatic freshness of the grapes. Then we press directly the grapes and we realize a cold static settling. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 15-18°C. The wine stays 3 months in stainless steel tanks on fine lees.
A wine with a pale yellow colour and an intense nose with white flower, apricot and grapefruit aromas. The freshness is remarkable on the palate with a light and fruity finish.

Serve chilled for the aperitif or with a mixed salad, a goat cheese or a pear pie.
