Terroir & Vines
The vineyard is planted on chalky-clay terrace. The warm and dry Mediterranean climate is tempered by the sea winds. The estate is located in the middle of a well preserved ecosystem of Mediterranean scrubland.
Vinification & Ageing
The grapes are machine harvested with on board sorting during the night so as to keep the aromatic freshness of the grapes. Then, a direct pressing and a cold static settling are made. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at low temperature (15-18°C). The ageing lasts 4 months in stainless steel tanks on fine lees.
This Grenache has a pale pink colour with salmon tints and an expressive nose with notes of redcurrants and wild strawberries. The palate is full and rich extending a lovely freshness.

To be enjoyed at 10°C as an aperitif, with grilled meats or exotic dishes.
