Terroir & Vines
The vines are planted onto sea and wind fine sands from the Camargue region. The warm and dry Mediterranean climate is tempered by a sea influence. A plot selection of the best Grenache gris.
Vinification The harvest is realized by night to keep the aromatic freshness of the grapes. Then we press directly the grapes followed by a 5-day contact with lees from the must to extract intense aromas and a fleshy character. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 15-18°C.
A rosé wine with a pale pink colour wich offers a very fresh nose with notes of pineapple, mango and white fruits (pear, peach). The palate is very refreshing with fresh fruit aromas (pineapple, mango, peach), surprising length and finesse on the palate, very rich finish, subtly tangy.
Food & Wine Pairing
Enjoy it at 10 ° C today as an aperitif or to accompany grilled red mullet, a plate of Serrano ham or white meat.
